Before you upload — your privacy
A draft EHCP contains sensitive information about your child. Please read how we handle it before uploading.
- What we process. The text of your draft plan is analysed against fixed legal checks (SEND Regulations 2014, Code of Practice 2015) and, where AI is used, against a hard-coded list of legal sources. We never make claims about your child's needs — only about the document's legal form.
- Files are deleted immediately. Uploaded files and extracted text are deleted as soon as your report is generated. Signed-in users can choose to save the report to their account; otherwise nothing is retained.
- Never used to train AI. Our AI provider operates under a zero-retention, no-training agreement for submitted text.
- Optional identity removal. Before analysis you can strip your child's name, date of birth, address and school name from the text. The checks do not need identity to work.
